We welcome Guillaume de Vitton, global brand executive for a raw conversation on the turning points in his life that got him to where he is now and what drives him to keep going.
Guillaume is a seasoned global branding executive, with experience working in many different geographies including France, Germany, Russia, Japan, and Canada. He has a wealth of experience in many roles including global branding, general management, marketing, sponsorship & partnerships, and events. His career has been largely focused on the Cosmetics & Sports Industry.
Guillaume has led brand turnarounds in these different geographies with strong commercial agendas. He has driven digital acceleration with full P&L and Strategic Plan ownership and he has a strong interest in cross-cultural management, Brand Equity, and portfolio/channel management. He has had a long, illustrious career at Beiersdorf, leading the Nivea brand in many countries, culminating with a General Manager position in Canada, leading the Beiersdorf brand while there
A high-level athlete (he was a member of the junior French national team in badminton), Guillaume has an unequaled passion and commitment to sport that has led him to close deals and lead activations with NIVEA MEN & Real Madrid, PSG, and Liverpool. He was even involved as an account manager in the 2002 Fifa World Cup in Korea & Japan. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
