Irène Toporkoff


Irene Toporkoff has more than 20 years of international experience in the media, digital and tech industries. Together with Jeff Israely (TIME Magazine), she is the co-founder of Worldcrunch, a multi-award winning global digital media enterprise that brings the best of the non-anglophone press into English. She was formerly the CEO of the communication agency Angie Interactive and COO at France. She has also worked at the telecommunications company Wanadoo /Orange in France as Content Director.

In addition to her entrepreneurial and corporate experience, Irene has started her own practice as a coach and therapist. Irene holds an integrative hypnosis degree (Center for Integrative Hypnosis in NYC) as well as a CBT certification and today, she is fully dedicated to facilitating people’s development in exploring their different dimensions. Irene received a master’s degree in business and marketing from one of the top 3 French business schools, EMLyon, and is graduated from Mannheim University (Germany) – in organizational sociology. She also holds a master’s degree in art administration at HEC Montreal (Canada). Irene is completely fluent in English, German and French and also speaks Portuguese. She is a regular lecturer at SciencesPo (Paris Institute of Political Studies).

Irene is the happy mother of 2 teenagers. She is also a painter – last exhibit in December 2018 – and sings in a pop music choir.
