Phase 1:

briefing, key search parameters agreed upon, sign off proposal

Phase 2:

market mapping, competitor analysis, candidate outreach and networking

Phase 3:

candidate evaluation, telephone and/or Skype interviews, meet face to face

Phase 4:

present résumés to client

Phase 5:

client feedback on résumés and 1st round interviews

Phase 6:

client feedback and 2nd round interviews, optional talent assessment

Phase 7:

offer Management and Candidate follow up for unsuccessful interviews

Phase 8:

Perpetual: balance scorecard for client feedback, optional onboarding assignment available
