Each cohort is carefully selected, with a maximum of 20-25 participants from CPG and consumer brand backgrounds, typically holding Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-Suite titles. Our academy fosters a rich environment for cross-industry experience and the cross-fertilization of ideas, leading to open and candid conversations.

Our comprehensive program is designed to accelerate the performance of all participants, equipping them with strategic insight, practical skills, and the confidence needed to lead effectively. Payment is due upon signature of the agreement.

Cancellation policy:

1. The program is non-refundable.

2. In the event a participant is unable to attend the Program, the reservation can be transferred to another colleague (if all requirements are met) or a participant can enroll in the subsequent Remote Program – the notice must be made no later than 15 days before the start of the Remote Leadership Program.
