Ellie joins Sierra after a distinguished 17-year career at Procter & Gamble most recently as the VP of Sales for P&G’s multibillion-dollar baby food division. At P&G’s baby care unit, she was responsible for building sales and market strategy to enable growth. She orchestrated a successful turnaround of the business to deliver aggressive sales objectives. Prior to her role as VP of Sales in the baby division, Ellie held a series of roles of progressively greater responsibility, most notably as a Sales Director for P&G’s Dollar General brand and in Fabric Care, working on the Tide and Downy brands.
Ellie is a senior executive recognized for excellence at the confluence of business development, sales, marketing, and brand management. She is energized by tackling complex business challenges, identifying untapped markets, crafting clear and simple strategies, and mobilizing cross-functional teams through flawless execution. Ellie combines a great analytical framework with outstanding interpersonal skills. She brings an impressive track record of building teams that drive performance and she revels in creating win-win solutions with partners.
