Bernard is currently the CEO of Eagle Foods where he is currently building and growing a diversified Food Company. His focus is creating value for their parent company (the PE firm Kelso & Company). At Eagle Foods, Bernard has overseen growth to a current revenue stream of $400 million dollars in the dairy and salty snacks category. Prior to this role, Bernard was the CEO & President of Ajinomoto, a leader in high-quality, specialty, ethnic frozen food with over $1b in revenue, for over 3 years. He was also the CEO & President of Ferrero USA as well as the President and General Manager North America for United Biscuits.
Bernard is a Senior Executive and cross-functional leader, with a proven track record for transforming iconic CPG companies and deliver profitable growth, in North America and globally, either privately owned or publicly traded. He has the ability to navigate through uncertainty, build solid business processes, assemble high-performing teams, and design breakthrough strategies that deliver sustainable and profitable performances.
