As part of their continued commitment to DE&I, Glazer’s Beer & Beverage recently impanelled a group of female leaders who are defying expectations and breaking barriers, both in their personal and professional spheres. The Glazer’s Beer & Beverage Sip N’ Chat panel provided a space for esteemed corporate leaders to come together and delve into thought-provoking conversations. Our very own Traci Gentry joined panelist experts Erin Donar, Vice President of Communications for the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA), and Jenn Litz-Kirk, Director of Content and Executive Editor of Schuhmacher Publishing’s Beer Publications to delve into a range of thought-provoking topics, including personal journeys from of each of the featured guests, key lessons for women navigating the corporate world, the importance of advocating for ideas and people, the “if you can see her, you can be her” principle and how to support women by creating meaningful impact in professional environments.
Congratulations to Traci for honoring us all with her thoughts and insight on these incredibly important topics. Thank you to Glazer’s Beer and Beverage for sounding a call to action for accelerating gender parity and celebrating women’s achievement. An equal world is an enabled world.
