Perpetual announces promotion of Marie Cornen to Senior CRM Manager

Marie Cornen promoted to Senior CRM Manager at Perpetual

Perpetual has promoted Marie Cornen to Senior CRM Manager. Perpetual is a transatlantic talent advisory firm. Specifically, we help consumer goods, beverage, luxury and lifestyle companies build human-centric, high-performance cultures. Marie Cornen joined the firm in 2024 as CRM Marketing Manager.

Since then, Marie has modernized the marketing engine that powers growth at Perpetual. She also pairs technical rigor with a sharp instinct for what moves clients to engage. As a result, the firm now sees every client relationship clearly and acts on it with discipline.

what Marie Cornen has built at Perpetual

Massimo De Paola, Director of Marketing, noted: “Marie has completely transformed our CRM. What was once a static database is now the operational core of our marketing function, giving us a clear view of every client relationship and the discipline to act on it. Her elevation to Senior Manager reflects the standard she sets every day.”

Steve Morrissey, CEO & Founder, added: “Marie keeps Perpetual on the cutting edge of marketing automation and lead generation. She builds systems that make our teams better and our organization move faster, and that is exactly the kind of leadership we want shaping our future.”

the Senior CRM Manager role

In her new role, Marie Cornen will take on expanded responsibilities across the marketing function. First, she will deepen the investment in data-driven client engagement. Second, she will continue to advance the automation and lead generation capabilities that fuel the growth of the practice. In addition, she will work closely with our executive search and interim and fractional teams so that every client conversation is informed by the right data.

This promotion reflects how Perpetual builds its own team. Above all, we believe high-performing teams run on clear protocols, shared accountability and systems that let people do their best work. Indeed, Marie Cornen shows what that looks like in practice.

The firm congratulates Marie Cornen on this promotion. Her continued leadership elevates both Perpetual and our clients. Meet the rest of our team, explore more Perpetual news and insights, or follow Perpetual on LinkedIn.
