We welcome Rachel J. Lockett, VP Marketing for Origins at The Estee Lauder Companies for a raw conversation on the turning points in her life that got her to where she is now and what drives her to keep going.
Rachel Lockett is a strategic marketer and business leader with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Origins North America at the Estee Lauder Companies where she oversees Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Free Standing Stores & CRM.
Before joining Estee Lauder, she served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for It Cosmetics where she delivered double-digit growth and led the brand to a #2 market position. Prior to that, she held various U.S. marketing roles at L’Oreal USA and Johnson & Johnson on brands like L’Oreal Paris, Biolage and Aveeno.
Before entering beauty, Rachel worked in international relations at the US Department of State, holding several roles within the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. Rachel is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and American University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees, respectively.
