Sylvia’s career spans the U.S. and Canada, as well as global and regional roles. She currently leads the North American business unit of more than 900 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico for Perfetti Van Melle, the second-largest global candy and chewing gum manufacturer.

Prior to Perfetti Van Melle, she was Senior Director of Marketing at the Hershey Company, where she led Hershey’s chocolate brands in Canada, Latin America, and World Travel Retail. She started her career in Canada at Reckitt Benckiser.
