Another special week for the team … as our transatlantic team members gathered in the US Catskills Mountains with Airstream accommodation at Autocamp to launch our newly designed retained services model.
The week together was an important, final aspect of the collaboration between Method Grid (professional services team) and Perpetual. Over the last c. six months, this team effort has designed/developed an exciting new (talent advisory capability) service proposition that Perpetual will be shortly taking to market … a strategic-partner-based, retained service model (bringing all their expertise/skills to bear).
Allowing clients to bespoke bundle: team diagnostics (using their proprietary t3 model), Leadership and HR advisory support, executive search, strategy and culture labs, executive coaching, and talent assessments … this further reinforces the company’s ever-growing reputation as a trusted strategic partner.
This week is all about training the whole team on how to describe, deliver and account manage the new service. The fact that our clients have already signed up for the new service – pre-project close – bodes very well!
While a lot of work is still to be done re: full operational embedment, this has been a first-class example of an agile business responding to client needs and – via a very methodical capability-build project – putting in place a transformative new offer (for both our clients and us!).
