Perpetual strengthens its transformation practice with the arrival of Matt Panucci

At Perpetual, we are dedicated to guiding our clients through strategic transformations with top-tier advisory and innovative solutions. With that commitment in mind, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Panucci to our Transformation Practice in the US. His deep expertise in large-scale transformation, executive coaching, and cultural strategy will strengthen our ability to drive meaningful, lasting impact for our clients.

A Proven Track Record in Business Transformation

With a deep background in commercial excellence, Matt has successfully led strategic initiatives across consumer goods, industrials, and the non-profit sector. His expertise covers the full business lifecycle—ranging from product-market fit and international scaling to complex turnarounds, acquisitions, and integrations. He is also the founder of MoonGeese LLC, an advisory platform dedicated to supporting early-stage companies in achieving sustainable growth.

Perpetual’s transformation practice is dedicated to helping Consumer Brand clients accelerate business performance through three distinct focus areas: cultural transformation, commercial excellence transformation, and M&A integration. Each area is developed to address unique challenges—from fostering organizational change and refining commercial strategies to executing seamless integration in mergers and acquisitions. Supported by strategic partners and seasoned practitioners, the practice emphasizes cultural agility and a transatlantic perspective, ensuring tailored and effective solutions that meet the evolving demands of a complex global market.

Steve Morrissey, CEO of Perpetual, expressed his enthusiasm about Matt’s addition to the team:

« Matt’s leadership in transformation and his ability to navigate complex business challenges make him an invaluable asset to Perpetual and our clients. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding organizations through commercial excellence initiatives, operational shifts, and growth strategies. We are thrilled to welcome him to our team and look forward to the impact he will make in shaping high-performance organizations. »

A Common Approach to Transformation

Matt’s approach to transformation is rooted in his “3 Cs”:

  • Competence: leveraging sector expertise
  • Curiosity: seeking novel solutions
  • Community: fostering collaboration

These are values that align seamlessly with Perpetual’s commitment to building resilient, human-centric organizations. His ability to develop diverse talent and foster collaboration will be a cornerstone of our client engagements as we continue to drive transformational initiatives worldwide.

We look forward to the impact Antoine will bring to our clients and our team.

Welcome to Perpetual, Matt!
